- Engineering
We as a technical and engineering oriented entity truly believes to provide glass industries with completely customized solution. In collaboration with our partners and our qualified team of engineers we are able to offer total engineering solution.
- Product Specification
The initial phase of any Glass Manufacturing plants is to define their final products from quantity and quality point of views that have to be produced annually. We support our customers to initiate the first annual production plan in order to develop the technology lines, interfaces and capacities of each individual segments of the line.
- Plant Customization
Once the products specification and the production capacity is finalized, we are in the position to define the technical requirements of the Glass Plant. The options will be prepared, keeping in mind the resources of the customer as well as the budget.
- Utilities Engineering
A complete utility concept for all consumptions e.g. electricity, fuel, back up energy, cooling water, process water and compressed air will be designed, which combines energy efficiency and cost efficiency. Utility Engineering covers the design, consumption, quality requirements tables and layout of all utilities.
- General Plant Layout
The general plant layout plays an important role basic engineering phase especially during utility designing. Our architectural office, find the best solution to define the overall glass plant layout. The intelligent use of the defined land space is kept in consideration; provide the best and most practical layout.
- Civil Drawings
Our architectural office is capable to provide customers with the civil structure drawings of the complete glass plant considering customer’s requirement and the local construction rules and regulation. Furthermore we will support the customer in assigning a well-reputed construction company and evaluating local tenders.
- Project Management
From beginning of the project study up to start up and commissioning, dedicated project manager/s will supervise the project technically, time wise and cost wise. Project manager/s are in charge to coordinate the project between customer and each supplier.
